This kit is all about discovering what different colored pencils feel like to draw with. Try each brand on both ATC blanks by doodling, shading, sketching, or filling in small areas of color. Pay attention to how smoothly each pencil glides across the paper, how vibrant the colors are, and which ones you enjoy using the most. If you'd like, use a permanent marker afterward to draw simple faces, objects, or doodles over your color tests. There are no wrong answers—this kit is simply about experimenting and finding your favorites.
Once you feel the card is complete, sign and date the back.
(Optional: Glue an ATC backing to the back and fill it out.)

Look at Your Materials
Your kit includes two ATC blanks, two ATC backings, and three different colored pencil brands.
Prepare Your Workspace
A permanent marker is optional if you'd like to draw over your colored pencil afterward.
Create
Test each pencil by doodling, shading, or coloring small sections of your cards. Pay attention to how each pencil feels while you draw.
Experiment
Compare the pencils by drawing the same subject with each one, or combine them together on a single card.
Finish Your Card
Sign and date the back. (Optional: Attach an ATC backing.)
