Comic Panel

Draw

Medium

Let's make comic panel ATCs! Create a character, scene, or story using the pieces provided. You can use the pieces as they are, cut them apart for smaller details, or combine them together to create something completely new. Use the word bubbles to add dialogue, thoughts, sounds, or jokes. Your cards can become one connected comic story or each card can be its own mini comic. Add your own drawings and details to bring your story to life!
Once you feel the card is complete, sign and date the back.
(Optional: Glue an ATC backing to the back of your card and fill it out.)

Instructions

Look at Your Materials

Take a look at everything included in your kit. You'll have ATC blanks, ATC backings, paper character pieces, speech bubbles, and a pencil. Feel free to cut the paper pieces apart or draw your own additions.

Create

Arrange the paper pieces to create one or more characters. Use the speech bubbles to tell a short story, create a joke, or make each card its own comic panel. You can also draw your own backgrounds, props, or expressions.

Experiment

Try telling one story across both cards or make two completely different comics. Rearrange pieces until you find a layout you like before attaching anything permanently.

Finish Your Card

Once you're happy with your comic, sign and date the back. (Optional: Glue an ATC backing to the back and fill it out.)
